Winter in the Stir Fry

Sometimes winter doesn't come to pass. Sometimes it's only on the inside. Sometimes it's only in a stir fry. Haiku are always fun.

Snow pea pods spring
Eternal produce protein
Provides nourishment

Bare back mt hood weeps
Hoisin glistens on carrot
Cherries blossom early

A winter stir fry
Snow covers the vegetables
Seasons for flavors

That last one is by Jackie Goss. The first two were my own. Enjoy which ever season you have. And the stir fry.

  1. Seasons of stir fry
    In the snow vegetables hide
    Their riboflavin
